2025 Mindshare Event
“Save the Date” Announcement

NextGen Technology Group is pleased to announce our Mindshare educational, collaboration, and training event of 2025 in Atlanta, GA on Saturday, April 5th – Tuesday, April 8th, 2025.

This event will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Midtown. Located in Atlanta Midtown, it’s within walking distance from the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Atlantic Station. Nearby attractions include: College Football Hall of Fame, Mercedez Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, and Coca Cola Museum. Make yourself at home in a comfy suite and join us for our free made-to-order breakfast and complimentary evening reception.

Sessions will be held in a spacious event room with open access to Wi-Fi for the duration of the event, ensuring our members stay connected where needed. Additionally, all event meals are included.

One of the best things about NextGen is that we have learned how to successfully mix business with pleasure. Join us mid-morning on Saturday, April 5th for the “The Mindshare Masters Tournament”. We will be playing at the South’s Premier Golf Experience at world-famous course at Chateau Elan Golf Resort. This beautiful 7,030 yard, par 71 with contoured fairways, three lakes, and two meandering streams, was originally designed by renowned course architect Denis Griffiths. This championship layout was instantly recognized as one of the top courses in Georgia. Water comes into play on ten of the 18 holes while 87 bunkers lend challenge and character to the lush Bermuda fairways and bentgrass greens.

If that’s not enough, then reserve your spot for suite seats at the Saturday night Gwinnett Stripers (Minor League Baseball team of the International League (IL) and the Triple-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves) game where we will provide dinner, drinks, and fun.

This NextGen Mindshare event will again include a half day of session on Sunday, April 6th, exclusive to members where we will dig into specific topics supporting the future of NextGen and it’s members. This will ensure plenty of time for member-to-member networking, best practice collaboration, and private discussion on opportunities and/or challenges with vendors. The remainder of the event will be jam packed with updates, announcements, and member/industry interaction at a deep level.

You can expect the full agenda in the coming weeks. You can also expect some featured topics to include: (1) continued evolution of UCaaS, market players, and its impact on my business, (2) M&A updates and “State of the Market” for members, (3) additional resources for member company metrics, and (4) updates to the recently announced NextGen portal for vendor/member engagement in unique ways not previously available.

This event will allow both vendors and members to engage deeper with more opportunities throughout the three days together. Stay tuned for more details in the final
agenda.

This event will also feature options for the spouses or significant others of the attending members.
